INDEPENDENCE, Iowa — The #1-ranked Waverly-Shell Rock girls soccer team was untouchable on defense in their Regional final, beating Xavier 5-0.

The win is the Go-Hawks 16th shutout of the season. They now advance to the 2A State tournament for the 9th straight season.
