MARION, Iowa — One man is behind bars after a stabbing sent another man to the hospital Sunday evening in Marion.
Police responded to 1301 6th Street for a reported stabbing at 7:44 p.m. Officers found a man inside the home with a stab wound to the back of his left arm.
He was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Quincy Franklin, 32, was later arrested for the stabbing and charged with felony willful injury causing bodily injury.
Franklin is now in the Linn County Jail.
Police are still investigating the crime.
