Odor reported at Cedar Rapids Washington High School
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (CBS2/FOX28) —
Cedar Rapids authorities are responding to a strange odor at Washington High School.
A police spokesperson tells CBS2/FOX28 News that they believe it could have been a pepper spray discharge near the science area of the school. No one is reported hurt.
Part of the school was evacuated, according to CRPD.
A spokesperson for the Cedar Rapids Community School District tells CBS2/FOX28 News that parents were notified of the incident through a robocall.
