New Elevate condos take Iowa City-Coralville living to new heights
IOWA CITY, Iowa — The first of three high amenity Elevate condominium buildings will open for move-in in spring of 2022.
The $50 million development is surrounded by 20 acres of trees, trails, a pond, and a private dock while sitting atop of a hill in Coralville.

The development is located at 4 Russell Slade in Coralville through the partnerships of Grand Rail, The Bails Team at Urban Acres Real Estate, and Brotherton Investments.
The first building, which is currently under construction, will feature 50 condos that can be purchased or leased. Two more buildings will be completed in the next three to four years bringing the total number of condos to 180.
