CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A fire caused heavy damage at an apartment complex in southwest Cedar Rapids Friday afternoon.
An Iowa's News Now crew saw one side of the complex completely charred.
A spokesperson for the Cedar Rapids Fire Department says the fire was first reported at 2:50 p.m. at the Glenbrook Apartments at 4839 1st Avenue SW.
At least two of the apartments were occupied when the fire broke out, but luckily, no injuries have been reported at this time.
More information is expected to be released later on Friday evening.
