Iowa State & Iowa ranked in first College Football Playoff rankings

Iowa State and Iowa are both featured in the first College Football Playoff rankings that came out Tuesday.

Iowa State (6-2) is ranked 13th while Iowa (3-2) was ranked 24th.

(1) Alabama, (2) Notre Dame, (3) Clemson, and (4) Ohio State would all be in the playoff, if it were held this week.

Iowa State plays Texas on Friday on the road, while Iowa plays a home game against Nebraska.
