CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (CBS2/FOX28) - Sykora Bakery in Czech Village had survived in the same location since the business started in 1903 and then 105 years later flood waters surged eight feet up the walls. The iconic home of kolaches opened its doors again just ten months later and according to some, instilled hope for other businesses to rise above the flood.
