Gas prices averaging $3.93 a gallon in Iowa, up over 60 cents from a month ago

DES MOINES, Iowa (Iowa's News Now) — Average gasoline prices in Iowa are unchanged in the last week, averaging $3.93/g today, according to GasBuddy.

Prices in Iowa are 61.6 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand $1.14/g higher than a year ago.

According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Iowa was priced at $3.56/g yesterday while the most expensive was $4.99/g, a difference of $1.43/g.

The national average price of gasoline is unchanged in the last week, averaging $4.32/g today. The national average is up 83.6 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands $1.47/g higher than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data.
