Cedar Rapids Fire Department responds to barn fire

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (CBS2/FOX28) — The Cedar Rapids Fire Department responded to a large structure fire Monday afternoon.
Cedar Rapids Police Communications Coordinator Greg Buelow tells CBS2/FOX28 crews were sent to a barn fire at 3939 Seminole Valley Road NE around 2:08 p.m.
No people or livestock were hurt, but the barn was destroyed. There was also some damage done to the siding of an adjacent garage.
The Hiawatha Fire Department also responded to the fire.
