Camp Tanager holds ribbon cutting for new facilities

On Tuesday Camp Tanager held a ribbon catting to celebrate the opening of their new state-of-the-art camp cabin and Hills Grand Lodge.

The new facilities will start hosting kids this year as camps get set to open in June.

Officials say the ribbon cutting also signals the start of phase 2 of new construction at the camp which includes a 6 lane lap pool which will be used to help teach kids how to swim.
