Autopsy: No foul play in UI student's death at Lake of the Ozarks

A preliminary autopsy released by the Camden County Sheriff's Office in Missouri says there is no foul play suspected in the death of a University of Iowa student.

19-year-old Kamil Jackowski was found unresponsive in a motel in the Lake of the Ozarks on April 30. Jackowski was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. A toxicology report is expected take between six to eight weeks to provide results.

Jackowski was at the resort in Lake of the Ozarks for a fraternity formal over the weekend.

UI fraternity and sorority leaders announced Monday they are indefinitely banning alcohol from all official events, as well as out-of-town formals.
