Adventureland opens for 2023 season

ALTOONA, Iowa — Adventureland Park opened Saturday for the start of a new season. The park is promoting a lot of changes this year, including the Potato Patch and Sweet Boutique.

The park is also continuing work on two new rides, Flying Viking and Draken Falls. Both are set to open later this season.

A new speedy pass is available for park goers. Adventureland says it will cut wait times by 90% on some of their most popular rides. Guests can choose from single use or all-day passes to ride more and wait less.
