ANAMOSA, Iowa (CBS2/FOX28) — Students and staff at Anamosa High School evacuated due to a bomb threat. The Jones County Sheriff's Office tells CBS2/FOX28 that deputies are on scene to assist in the investigation. At this time, authorities tell us nothing has been found but the evacuation was ordered out of an abundance of caution. Officials on scene say a threat was overheard by a staff member and a student was detained. While reporting the threat, leaders decided to treat the threat as a credible one.
