Homemade electrolyte drink

Dr. Stephanie Gray from the Integrative Health and Hormone Clinic teaches us how to make a homemade electrolyte drink full of nutrients essential to our body.

Raspberry Lemon Healthy Hydration

Base:

4 cups purified water

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp magnesium powder (CALM)

Juice from 1/2 a lemon (or orange)

Add a sweetener of your choice:

1 scoop D Ribose

1/4 cup honey

Healthy alternatives:

Stevia liquid

Xylitol

Shake or Mix well. Serve over ice. Refrigerate. Use within a few days
