Poll Gives Insight on Nov. Voting

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS2/FOX 28) - A new poll is providing some early insight on how Iowans might vote come November.

The public policy poll has Democrat Bruce Braley with a one point lead over Republican Joni Ernst in Iowa's open senate race.

In the campagin for Governor, incumbent Terry Branstad has a 13 point lead over Democrat Jack Hatch.

In the race for the Secretary of State, Former Cedar Rapids Mayor Paul Pate is leading at 35%, with Democrat Brad Anderson at 34%, Independent Spencer Highland at 5%, and
Libertarian Jake Porter at 2%.

Republican Mary Mosiman is leading Democrat Jonathan Neiderbach 39/35 in the race for the Auditor of State.
