New York Man Tested for Ebola

NEW YORK, NY (CBS2/FOX28) - A New York City hospital is testing a man who may have gotten the Ebola virus.
The patient went to a hospital Monday morning complaining of fever and intestinal pains.
He said he had recently traveled from West Africa.
He was put into isolation as a precaution, but hospital officials say odds are, he doesn't have Ebola.
Meanwhile, a patient from Africa is on their way to the U.S. for treatment.
A second patient arrived over the weekend.
Both will be getting an experimental serum to try and fight the virus.
Now, doctors are sending out another safety message; Ebola is spread through direct contact with bodily fluids.
The disease has killed almost 900 people in West Africa in the worst outbreak ever recorded.
