UPDATE: "Twilight" Imposter Pleads Not Guilty

NEWTON, IA (CBS2/FOX28) -     A California man has pleaded not guilty after he was accused of sexually abusing young girls here in Iowa.
Back in may police say 33-year-old David Lavera visited two Newton middle schools claiming to be a stunt man from the "Twilight" series.
He even signed autographs and took pictures with students.
That's where police say he found his victims; they say he tried to get one girl into his car and used his smart phone to record two others in a bathroom.
Lavera faces several charges including sexual abuse, invasion of privacy and carrying weapons.
Lavera is being held in the Jasper County Jail.
His trial is set for November 5th.
