UPDATE: Cedar Rapids Cedar River Crest

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS2/FOX28) - Residents in Cedar Rapids are preparing for even more flooding.
The Cedar River is expected to crest Thursday night at 16.8 feet; that's major flood stage according to the National Weather Service.
High water on the river is prompting crews to close all boat ramps.
The Cedar Rapids Fire Department discourages anyone from being on the river when levels hit 13 feet or higher.
The ramps are expected to be closed until July 5th.
