Flags Fly at Half-Staff to Honor WWII Vet

MOULTON, IA (CBS2/FOX28) - The body of an Iowa airman missing since World War II will be laid to rest on Saturday.
Staff sergeant Robert Howard, of Moulton, was 21-years old when his aircraft was shot down over Germany in April 1945.
Earlier this month, experts positively identified remains found in Germany in 2012 as Howards.
The Governor has ordered all flags to stand at half-staff from Friday through Monday to honor Howards sacrifice.
The Iowa National Guard will hold a memorial service for Howard in Moulton on July 19th.
