Police Need Help to ID Man Found In River

DES MOINES, IA (CBS2/FOX28) - Police are trying to figure out the identity of a man found in the Des Moines River Sunday.
Police received a call just before 1 in the afternoon from a person boating on the river.
They thought they saw a body caught on debris in the water around south east 36th street.
A water emergency team was able to get the body out of the water but there was no identification on the man.
The Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy but officers say there were no visible signs of trauma and that right now, they cant tell how long the man was in the water.
