Three Weeks and No Closer to a Deal in Gaza

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL (CBS2/FOX28) - The three-week-old battle between Israel and Hamas continues with little hope for a truce.
A Palestinian health official says 116 Palestinians were killed Wednesday, including 17 people inside a U.N. school housing refugees.
Another strike near a crowded supermarket killed 16 others.
All of that violence comes after what was supposed to be a humanitarian ceasefire.
Israel says it's only days away from one of its main missions: destroying tunnels that Hamas built to enter the Jewish state.
The Israeli military is beefing up its campaign Thursday; calling up 16,000 additional reserve troops.
In all, more than 1,300 Palestinians and 50 Israelis have died in the conflict.
