General Assigned to Bergdahl Investigation

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS2/FOX28) - The Army has now chosen a high ranking officer  to investigate  what really happened  when Sergeant Bowe  Bergdahl disappeared  in  Afghanistan  in  2009.
A two-star general will lead the operation but the defense department wont identify the officer at this time.
Some fellow soldiers say Bergdahl deserted and the exchange of five Taliban prisoners for Bergdahl has drawn a lot of criticism.
Bergdahl is now in a hospital in San Antonio.
The military says his treatment could continue for some time.
