Sterling Sues the NBA

Los Angeles, CA (CBS 2/FOX 28) Tuesdays meeting where Donald Sterling was supposed to face an NBA board has been cancelled.
Thats because his estranged wife has struck a 2 billion dollar deal to sell the clippers.
The meeting was supposed to be about whether the board would force the sale of the team.
But since Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will now be buying the team, that meeting isn't necessary.
Sterling was banned for life from the league and fined millions of dollars after a conversation where he made several racist comments was leaked.
On Sunday, Sterling went to a predominantly black church service in LA, where the pastor told the congregation he was praying for sterling.
Despite the new information about the sale, sterling is suing the NBA for one billion dollars.
