Donald Sterling Hearing June 3rd

Los Angeles, CA (CBS 2/FOX 28) In just a few days, Donald Sterling will go in front of the NBA to defend his title as owner of the LA Clippers.
Sterling is charged with damaging the leagues reputation by making racist remarks in an audio tape that was released last month.
On June 3rd, Sterling will go in front of the NBAs Board of Governors and make the case on why he wants to keep the team.
After that, the board will vote on whether or not he can remain the owner.
Three quarters of the board will have to agree to set a verdict.
Sterling has already been banned for life and was fined $2.5 million by the NBA.
