Disbanding the Coast Guard

Seoul, South Korea (CBS 2/FOX 28) The head of South Koreas Coast Guard says they would embrace the President's plan to disband it.
This comes a month after the ferry disaster that left more than 300 people dead or missing.
Rescuers helped save 174 passengers and crew members that day, but officials say 286 people died and the bodies of 18 others still have not been found.
Most of the people on board were students on a school field trip.
The ship captain was among those rescued.
He is now one of four crew members facing murder charges; eleven others have been indicted for abandoning ship and safety violations.
