Sterling Says He Can't Be Forced Out

Los Angeles, CA (CBS 2/FOX 28) - Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is firing back against the NBA for trying to force him to sell the team.
In a 32-page letter, Sterling said the league's efforts were illegal, and that they cant get rid of him over a private conversation with his girlfriend where he was recorded making racist comments.
Next week, sterling will defend his actions a board will decide whether he can keep the team.
Last month, sterling was banned from the NBA for life and fined $2.5 million for making those comments.
