Maurice Harden Captured in Indiana

FORT WAYNE, IN (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Authorities in Indiana have arrested a man who walked away from a Cedar Rapids work release earlier this year.
Maurice Harden was a juvenile in 2009 when he was involved in a robbery.  Cedar Rapids Police Officer Tim Davis responded to that incident and was severely injured when he was struck in the head.  Harden did not strike the officer, but he was one of several taken into custody in connection with the crime.
Harden eventually received probation for his role in the robbery.  But officials say numerous probation violation changed the terms of his sentence in the years since.  In January, authorities said Harden failed to return to his work release center after an approved furlough.
