WASHINGTON, DC (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The long-awaited Farm Bill is now heading to the desk of President Obama.
The senate passed the bill this afternoon 68 to 32.
It will end direct payments to farmers, expand crop insurance and cut spending on food stamps for some Americans by 1%.
