Suspect in Colorado Man's Murder Refuses Extradition

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) -- The woman accused of killing the Colorado man whose body was found in central Iowa earlier this week, does not want to be extradited to Colorado.

21-year-old Bianca Rogers turned herself into Cedar Rapids police on Wednesday, a day after police in Newton found the body of 61-year-old Grant Frazier in the trunk of a car.

An autopsy says Frazier was beaten and stabbed to death.

Frazier was last seen with Rogers on February 16th, but police have not released information regarding the two's relationship.
