Racing and Gaming Commission to Visit Cedar Rapids
CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) --
Cedar Rapids residents will have one more chance to sound off on a proposed casino before a decision is made.
New documents show the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission will visit the city in early April.
The group will hold a meeting at the Doubletree Hilton and Convention Center, including a question and answer session.
Members will decide on April 17th whether to give Cedar Rapids a gaming license.
The city has approved the $130,000,000 facility as long as that license is approved.
