Natural Gas for Cars

A few changes to your car could drop your gas cost to less than a dollar per gallon.
Iowa mechanics say converting personal and commercial vehicles to natural gas can do just that.
It requires a small computer, special regulator, extra fuel injectors, and a new tank.
After that, though, drivers can fill up with either gasoline or natural gas.
Cars can even automatically switch over to the other if you run out of one.
The initial investment to add the natural gas option costs about $6,500.
Some gas stations sell natural gas for cars as low as 88 cents per gallon.
