Branstad: Iowa Agencies Won't Run Out of Money

   Governor Terry Branstad says even if the federal government doesn't reopen soon, Iowa agencies will not run out of money.
   Branstad cited a plan to keep some state building that rely on federal funding open using state surplus money.
   Branstad says he is monitoring the situation in Washington and making state adjustments when necessary.
   One of the federal businesses that was supposed to close but has not is the Gold Star Museum.
