Student Accused of Bringing Knife to School Charged

LONE TREE, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The student who police say tried bring a knife into an Eastern Iowa high school has now been charged.
    18-year-old Daniel Jansen is charged with "going armed with intent."
    Police say back on September 23,  Jansen put on a long coat and skeleton mask and tried to walk into Lone Tree High School.  
    School officials confronted him at the entrance where he was stopped from actually entering the building.
    Reports say he threatened to kill the officials and others.
    Jansen was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
    He was released from jail under supervision, and has been ordered not to go near the school.
