Mitchell Found Not Guilty in Murder Case

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- A ruling has been made in the murder case of an Cedar Rapids cab driver.
    This afternoon -- according to The Gazette, a jury found Jonathan Mitchell not guilty.
    He was accused of killing Cathy Stickly during a robbery back in April of 2011 .
    Mitchell was first tried in Linn County, but a judge declared a mistrial because a prosecutor with a medical condition was unable to finish the case.
