New Commissary Service at Polk County Jail

The Polk County Jail has hired Trinity Services Group to provide a new commissary service.
Commissary services are used for inmates or their family members to add money to an account and purchase items at the jail.
Through Trinity's equipment and software, Polk County will be able to accept funds in the form of cash, credit card, debit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks.
Most of the deposits can be made using kiosks located in the jail's public lobby.   Money orders and cashier's checks must be mailed.  Online deposits can also be made, and family members can buy items online for their loved ones to use in the jail at  There is a convenience fee attached to deposits made by credit or debit card.
The new equipment and software is currently being installed.  It will be switched over on July 22nd.  Officials warn of possible temporary interruptions to deposits and delivery.
