Drowning Victim's Body Recovered

CEDAR FALLS, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- The Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office says rescue crews have recovered the body of a man who apparently drowned while tubing last weekend.
Wednesday Morning, crews discovered the body of 19-year-old Andre Tims of Waterloo on the Cedar River approximately three miles down stream from where he was last seen Sunday night.
Authorities say Tims was tubing with friends on Sunday when he got caught in the current and was pushed into a large debris area.  The tube tipped over and Tims was thrown out.
