Victim Identified in Waterloo Homicide

WATERLOO, IA (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Investigators have identified a man killed in a Waterloo shooting.  It happened shortly after 6pm Tuesday evening at the Kum and Go Convenience Store along Franklin Street. 
   When officers arrived they found two men shot outside the store.  30-year-old Cederick Matlock was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest and later died from his injuries.  19-year-old William Burt was also shot, but authorities say his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.  No arrests have been made in this case and the investigation continues.
