Simmering Selections: Breakfast Double Header

Hash Brown Dish
Ingredients:
        1 (16 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes
        1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
        1/2 cup melted butter
        1/4 cup dried onions
        1/2 cup milk
        1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
        1 dash black pepper
        1 cup corn flakes, crushed and divided
Directions:
    Stir together butter, onions, hash browns, soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and 1/2 cups cornflakes.
    Pour into greased crock pot.
    Top with remaining corn flakes.
    Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
        12 Eggs - Beaten
        14 Slices Bread
       2 1/4 Cups Milk
       2 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
           1 Pound Sausage
         1/2 Teaspoon Salt
            1 Teaspoon Pepper
            2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard
Directions:
      Grease Slow Cooker With Butter
      Spread Mustard On Bread - Cut Into Squares
       Layer Bread, Sausage, Cheese - Repeat
       Beat Eggs, Milk, Salt/Pepper - Pour Over Mixture
       Cover - Cook On Low For 5 Hours
