Kelly D'Ambrosio joined CBS 2 and Fox 28 in May of 2015. Before moving to Cedar Rapids, Kelly was the Morning Show Anchor for 4 hours of live news and entertainment at FOX31 in Albany, GA. Kelly earned her B.S. in Broadcast Communications at Liberty University (LU) in Lynchburg, VA. After graduation in 2009 she landed her first job in production at the Center for Advanced Media Productions at LU. While creating promotional content for the school, Kelly also helped develop and implement a student run TV show called "Option LU" (which is still alive to this day!)
Kelly has twice hosted GodTV's broadcast of the "Winterfest" music festival, worked as a sideline reporter for the Flames Sports Network and was a freelance host for several LU broadcast programs. She also has experience in commercials, theatre, radio, music and dance.
Kelly and her husband, Tony, love getting out into the community to support local businesses, enjoy any outdoor activity and walking (or being walked by) their two "fur babies," Charlie and Lucy.
