Waucoma man accused of raping teenager

WAUCOMA, Iowa (CBS2/FOX28) —
A Waucoma man is facing felony sexual abuse charges after being accused of raping a teenager.
The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says 24-year-old Cody Mosher had sexual relations with a 14-year-old in his home approximately two years ago. Recently, the same victim accused Mosher of having non-consensual sex with them in Mosher's home.
If convicted, Mosher faces up to 20 years in prison and would have to register as a sex offender.
He has bonded out of jail.
