SPECIAL REPORT: Momtrepreneurs part two

Momtrepreneur Part Two

Stephanie Nesseth's son was diagnosed with cancer when he was just 11 years old. In an effort to have a flexible schedule, she started cleaning homes.

In 2001 she created Absolutely Clean. Today they have over 34 employees and her son is a healthy 29 year old.

Although the company has grown, the mission has remained the same: family first. Stephanie gives employees the flexibility and understanding to work around family time.

Stephanie admits the company could be twice as big as it is, but keeping the business from growing, has allowed her to keep her focus on family time. She's had to set clear boundaries with clients and herself to make sure she doesn't let her work run her.
