Cedar Rapids couple charged with selling heroin

Two Cedar Rapids residents are facing federal drug charges after being accused of selling heroin together.

31-year-old Dino Harrington and 39-year-old Tiffany Youngblood were charged with distributing and helping to distribute heroin in the Cedar Rapids area on March 5.

If convicted, Harrington and Youngblood each face a possible maximum sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine, $100 in special assessments, and at least 3 years and up to a lifetime term of supervised release following any imprisonment.
