Student Loan Defaults Up

CEDAR RAPIDS (CBS 2/FOX 28) --
   The number of college graduates unable to pay their loans is on the rise.
   The Department of Education says borrowers who fail to make loan payments within the first two years after graduating is now up to 10%.
   That's an entire percentage point higher than this time last year.
