Coffee Can Improve Work Out Results

WASHINGTON, DC (CBS 2/FOX 28) -- Drinking coffee before a work out can actually help you burn more calories.
    According to Health.com, a study found that trained athletes who took caffeine before working out burned about 15% more calories hours after exercising.
    Coffee has been linked to several health benefits, such as increased circulation, better memory, and less post workout pain.
    But dietician's warn to not over do it, they say to only consume about 16 oz. before working out.Coffee Can Improve Work Out Results
