Nature is a cruel place.  And when an animal is in distress, it can be hard to sit by and let nature take it's course.   That's when many call licensed wildlife rehabilitation specialist, Amber Oldfield.  She's taken in everything from birds to badgers, dogs to deer.  She says, "Alot of pepole are animal lovers and they hate to see animals suffer.  So if I can help anybody ease their mind, or do something that's going to make a difference in that animal's life, or give it a better quality of life because it can be released, that's rewarding to me."
Amber operates solely on donations.  If you'd like to help, she's put a list of needs on her facebook page:  Linn County Wildlife Rehabilitation.!/groups/498384760282664/525156684272138/?notif_t=group_activity
