WASHINGTON (CIRCA) – Multiple women have accused actor Morgan Freeman of actions ranging from inappropriate behavior to harassment, according to CNN.

CNN reported Thursday that eight people say they are victims, with some calling Freeman’s actions harassment and others inappropriate behavior.

Eight more people say they witnessed Freeman’s alleged conduct, and the total group of 16 describes an alleged pattern of the 80-year-old’s behavior.

Freeman allegedly behaved in an inappropriate or harassing manner on set, while promoting his films and at Revelations Entertainment, his production company.

Seven of the 16 people characterized the environment at Revelations as one where Freeman allegedly engaged in inappropriate or harassing behavior.

Four people who worked on production for movie sets involving Freeman over the last decade described him as behaving in ways that made women uncomfortable at work.

Two people claimed Freeman subjected them to unwanted touching, and three said he made public comments about women’s bodies or clothing.

Each of the sources noted they did not report Freeman’s behavior, however, with most saying they feared for their jobs.

One young production assistant said she worked with Freeman during filming of his 2015 movie “Going In Style.”

The woman alleged that Freeman subjected her to unwanted touching and remarks about her figure on a near-daily basis over several months.

“[He] kept trying to lift up my skirt and asking if I was wearing underwear,” she said of one incident.

“Alan [Arkin] made a comment telling him to stop,” the woman added, referencing one of Freeman’s co-stars in the movie. “Morgan got freaked out and didn’t know what to say.”

CNN contacted dozens of others who worked for or alongside Freeman, with some praising the star as a professional on and off the set who never engaged in untoward behavior.

Freeman is the latest male celebrity whose behavior has come under fire since the #MeToo movement began last year.

Multiple powerful men have since been disgraced after women accused them of past sexual misconduct.
